 Rockford Recycle Center
4665 Hydraulic Road, Rockford

East of Alpine Rd between Harrison St and Sandy Hollow Road
Open Tuesdays (2pm to 5pm) and Saturdays (9am to Noon)

Roscoe Recycle Center
13125 North Second St., Roscoe

1/2 Mile North of McCurry Road on the east frontage road
Open Saturday Mornings 9 a.m. to Noon

  Accepting the following items, at both locations:
Clothing, shoes, leather goods, other textiles (bagged – no hangers or boxes)
Electronics, games, cell phones, etc. Computers and most peripherals,
keyboards, scanners, printers
Appliances, large and small.

TVs, computer monitors or items containing Freon,
Paint of any kind, chemicals or hazardous waste

Recycling Centers open except during a weather emergency or if the wind-chill is below zero.

Metal Scrap metal, appliances, large or small. microwaves, washers, dryers, stoves, fencing, etc. No appliances
containing Freon
Clothing, Linens, Shoes, Bedding Wearable or not, regardless of season. Textiles of all kinds including scraps. Please place in plastic bags.  Place pairs of shoes in same bag. Belts, soft-side luggage, pillows, stuffed toys, blankets. No hangers
Cell phones Working or non-working

This is an all volunteer project.
We can use your help one Saturday a month.
